Great lil BBQ joint!! Kinda bummed they were sold out of tri-tip when I went last night but it was just before they closed so that’s on me. The brisket was fire though. Got some then went back a half hour later and got more because it was that delicious. Even tried the frog eye salad for dessert on the second trip. Definitely will be a for sure stop on my weekly trips through the area.

Excellent family owned and operated BBQ restaurant in Parowan. I tried the Tritip, beef brisket, and the pork and they were all extremely tasty. Fast and friendly service and very simple restaurant and reasonable prices.
