Best BBQ in Utah! Great owners, that are very friendly.

This review may be a little long but it will cover all bases……first, from the outside it’s very unassuming. DO NOT LET that deter you from the VERY BEST BBQ that will pass your lips. I come from a long line of bbq’ers and smokers. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t eat more!! We ordered brisket, tri-tip, ribs and sweet heat wings. Our sides were the beans and smoked mac n’ cheese. Each one of these delights were equally delicious and ooooooo sooooo delightful!! Each one of the meats melted in your mouth like butter!! What more can I say about the sides other than they complimented each meat perfectly!! Secondly, for the person that said they were “expensive”…….have you seen the cost of beef……or pork or even chicken? (perhaps chicken may be cheaper but these wings are THE meatless wings I’ve ever had) And lastly, for the snowflake who said they got “food poisoning”, I call BS!! In my humble (yet bbq-snob) opinion, they probably ate Taco Bell the night before!! There is absolutely no way!! This food, is beyond 5 stars and unless your sensitive system can only digest quinoa and brown rice then you did this Owner and his food a complete disservice with your review.
We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. The owner (a beautiful woman) was so helpful explaining the menu and answering every question we had, she even offered to show us the “smoke room” . The service is exemplary and everyone is warm and welcoming. The beer is so deliciously cold and compliments the food perfectly.
The cost of your food is above what they charge but definitely worth every penny.
I’m not a foodie nor do I take pics or review restaurants. High Voltage BBQ deserved this review 100%!! We’re in Parowan until 11/2, we’ll be returning at least twice before we pull out. (we travel full-time) I will forever keep HV BBQ in my heart (and stomach). Every bbq should be held to this level!!

The BEST barbecue we have ever had! Worth the drive even if you’re not in the area! We drove a hour and a half just for the brisket. It did not disappoint! The brisket melts in your mouth! We had the chicken tacos, wings, brisket, beans and slaw. EVERYTHING was delicious. I wish I could give them 10 stars! The staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing!!! If I could give more stars I would. After visiting Bryce Canyon we decided to find a great BBQ spot halfway home to our rental. I am so happy we stopped here, after a long day we were starving for a good meal. Had two brisket sandwiches , brisket salad, beans , Mac n cheese and tenders for kids. Everyone approved!! Loved home friendly everyone was and greeted us. Thank you HVBBQ for such an amazing meal and a great way to end our day!

Really good food and staff!!!!

One of the best BBQ spots I’ve ever been to! The food is absolutely outstanding. The tri-tip is incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, and the pulled pork is just as delicious. Every bite shows how much care goes into the food.

But what truly makes this place special is the service. A perfect 10/10! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and one of the staff members went out of her way to contact me and keep my belongings safe. That level of thoughtfulness and honesty speaks volumes about the people who work here.

Exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuinely good people—what more could you ask for? This place is an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you love great BBQ, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

First time for our family eating at High Voltage. Stopped on our way up to Brian Head based on 4.9 rating. It did not disappoint. We absolutely loved it. The food was so good. We had the Brisket Frichos. They were amazing! The food was so good, the owners were so personable, and the restaurant was super clean. Loved everything about it and will come back again when passing through.

Every year my family and I head to Brian Head in the fall. We have always wanted to find the perfect spot to get dinner before we head to the resort. THIS PLACE IS IT! Andrea and Cade have created the most wonderful spot. The food is beyond delicious. It is so clean, inviting, professional, and the service is next level. Their food is some of the best I’ve ever had. The Frychos are incredible. Cade’s pit is unreal. They have fine tuned their restaurant to be one of the best! Take the time, make the drive, and treat yourself to the best in the business. We live about 3 hours away and I’m ready to make this a weekly trip. It’s that good! P.S.. I’m gluten free and they cater to gluten free so well! I could have anything on the menu but maybe 3 items. That never happens. They really know how to treat their guests!
