High Voltage BBQ is hands down one of our favorite places in Parowan. The ribs are incredible and the brisket tacos are an absolute must-have every time we visit. My boys love it just as much as I do, which says a lot!

Beyond the food, the people are some of the best around and the quality is always top-notch. We’ve used their catering services multiple times and have been impressed every single time. Their food truck is fantastic too and makes it easy to bring amazing BBQ to events.

As a wedding and event planner, I refer High Voltage BBQ to my clients every chance I get. If someone asks me where to get BBQ catering, this is where I send them without hesitation.

One of my favorite conveniences is being able to order meats for holidays. It’s made holiday meals so much easier, and everything we’ve ordered has been delicious.

What a gem in Parowan! Best beef brisket sandwich, tender & flavorful. Friends tried pork & chicken and were also delighted. Coleslaw & beans were homemade with a delicious kick. We will definitely come back!!! PS Nice beers too.

Came here from out of town and saw this restaurant on google maps. Thought I would try it since it had such high ratings.

I was very pleased with the BBQ. We had the waffle fry nachos, brisket tacos and smoked mac and cheese. All the food was very good.

I will be back every time I am in the area.

Brisket tacos and ribs were some of the best we have ever had on our US roadtrips. We love Exit 87 outside of Knoxville, so now we have Exit 78 as our new favorite in Utah. The owners are on site and engaged. Great find!!
